Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally (USA) and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take about 5-10 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days when in stock. However, not all items are in the USA when a customer places an order; which means shipping time will be affected.
• International orders vary widely based on your location, however, usually fall within the range of 7-21 business days to be delivered via UPS, USPS, or DHL and we ship within the same 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs:

• All orders over $300 and up, in the US will have free shipping.
• All orders below $300, within the US, are charged a standard shipping fee based on item weight and size, however, most items will not exceed $6.99. 
• For shipping to international locations, we have partnered business accounts with UPS, USPS, and DHL which calculate shipping costs for the customer at checkout. Full prices are displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal & much more. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email orthodoxgiftsonline@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Following your email, we will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method of your choice for your goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.
